How this works

This is a private review room for your project. Pietro and his team have prepared deliverables for you to review at each milestone (we call them "gates"). When it's your turn, the active gate appears below.

Take your time. Open the supporting documents linked in each gate. Then, depending on the gate type: select your preferred option, approve as-is, or leave specific feedback. Pietro is notified the moment you submit. Your choice is logged immutably — useful if there's ever any disagreement about what was decided.

Locked gates below are placeholders for upcoming milestones — they'll unlock as we progress.

Everything you have already approved stays here, read-only: use the stage links on the left to go back and review it any time. Approved stages no longer accept feedback — the decision stands.

Stage 1: Discovery & Archetypes

Review the brand analysis below. Your approval locks these strategic decisions and unlocks the design stage.

Discovery & Archetypes

Reviewing

Review the brand archetype, the fonts & palette direction and the section flow. Your approval locks these strategic foundations.

1 · Archetypal analysis

Brand persona and market positioning.

Primary archetype: Ruler + Magician
Ruler 70%, Magician 30%, as your copy deck states it. Authoritative, precise, quietly visionary. Never hype, never exclamation marks.
Market positioning

Superseed Lab sells judgement first and speed second. A marketer sets the brief, the design and the words, AI writes the code, and the client approves four stages, brief, design, copy and launch. That order is the Ruler seventy percent of the voice, authoritative and precise, and it is what a South African founder spending real money needs to hear before asking for a price. The Magician thirty percent is the work underneath, pages written so ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity can name the business before a buyer ever reaches a search result. Thirty years in the industry stand behind the judgement, PageSpeed, SEO and GEO scores stand behind the build, and one named person stays answerable after launch, so nothing here needs overselling. On the page that reads as order first and wonder second, one monospace grid holding every element on a light and open ground, with a single gold accent allowed to carry the eye.

2 · Fonts & palette

Visual language and design rationale.

One family, IBM Plex Mono, for headings and for body, exactly as your brand guide requires. Monospace puts every character on the same grid, so the name reads as a system and not as a style, and the wordmark carries that idea on its own, superseed at 500 for the authority and lab at 100 for the workshop under it, with the slash in Aurum as the only accent the mark allows. Five weights are in play, Thin 100, Light 300, Regular 400, Medium 500 and SemiBold 600. The scale is the guide's, display at 96px desktop and 72px mobile in 500 with its light counterpart at 100, body at 24px and 18px in 400 with line-height between 1.5 and 1.6, labels at 16px and 14px in 500. Nothing under 32px takes negative tracking, which is what keeps the small type readable for a founder who is not technical. The eight colours are the guide's own hex values, not approximations of them. The rule that holds the brand together is one accent per surface, Aurum under 5 percent of any screen, Catalyst under 3 percent and only in product or live contexts, and the two never on the same surface. Ash is secondary text on dark grounds only. The working pair for the site is Indigo on Bone, one of the six combinations your guide sets out, so the site reads open and easy to approach rather than heavy. Obsidian, Sovereign Indigo and Oxblood stay available as dark grounds for single sections where you want weight. Brass takes the slash whenever the ground is Oxblood. Aurum stays what the guide makes it, one thin accent and never a large fill, which is why a button on this ground is Indigo and the gold is kept for the slash and for fine rules. The layout references in the brief shape rhythm and motion only, since type and colour are settled here. Two answers to what you asked. You will see options: the next stage puts two or three design directions in front of you, built on this base, and you choose one. And the site itself is in English only. The eleven languages in your copy deck are a service you sell, not languages we are building here, so the home section about them is parked until you want it.
3 · Section flow

Page structure and purpose of each section.

⛰HeroOpens on your H1, Designed by marketers. Built by AI. Live in days. Two buttons split the traffic from the first screen, Start your brief for anyone who knows what they want, Get an audit for anyone who does not. The micro line under them puts a clock on it, typically live within a week of the final brief.
✓Three ways inNames the three routes as numbered blocks, 01 Brief, 02 Audit, 03 Grow. A founder who arrives cold has to find which one is theirs before anything else is read, and two of the three lead straight to a price.
☰Search programmeYour customers stopped searching. They started asking. This is where the stake is set, because a buyer who asks ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity and never hears the business named is gone before the click. It hands readers to the Grow page.
◈How it worksPlain on the surface. AI underneath. Answers the question a quote depends on, why code written by AI posts the PageSpeed, SEO and GEO scores it does. The three short commitments sit here, the approved brief is kept, every stage is signed off, and the client's material never trains anyone else's model.
→One person answerablePuts a person behind the service. One named contact who knows the site, one monthly check-in, one report a month whether the news is good or not, and nothing published without approval. This is the section that makes asking for a price feel low risk.
⛰IntelligenceProof by publication while the case studies are still being built, since the work page is held for phase two. The studio's own articles and guides show the Grow programme running on the studio itself, and who quotes them is the evidence.
✓FAQSix questions in the order a buyer actually asks them, from Do we need to know anything about AI to what it costs, which is priced after the brief or the audit with the number shown before any commitment. The cost answer is the one that unblocks the form.
☰CloseRepeats the single ask, Ready to see it built, with Start your brief as the button and the audit as the softer second option. Both land on the start page, which is the only conversion point on the site.
